Eurodita strikes deal with export marketing agency
The log cabins manufacturer Eurodita currently exports to 50 countries worldwide. The majority of exports go to the markets of the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Ireland, and Australia.
“To match the growing international demand for our products, we had to do two things,” said Mr. Rolanas Kutra, the CEO of Eurodita log structures: “First, we had to invest in new production capacities and, second, we had to strengthen our communication resources, so that we can streamline the processes of partner search, partner selection, and the day-to-day hustle of international trade”.
Aiming to improve communication competences, Eurodita commenced a collaboration with the communications agency Black Florence. The Vilnius-based agency is renowned for its unique branding projects and successful export campaigns. Black Florence works mainly with Eastern European producers, developing the export potential of their products and facilitating access to Western export markets.
“As a strictly b2b company, we were looking for a partner who could do both marketing communications and export sales,” commented Mr Kutra. The two companies are working together since the end of 2015. In the first stage of collaboration, the agency helped renew Eurodita’s brand identity. In September 2017, Black Florence commenced a comprehensive export promotion campaign.
Eurodita manufactures and exports a rich variety of log and timber structures: Log Cabins and Sheds, Standard Cabins, Log Houses, Log Cabin Schoolhouses, Camping Pods, Garden Summer Houses, Garden Furniture, Play Houses, BBQ Huts, Wooden Carports and Garages, Wooden Hot Tubs and Wooden Pavilions., and many other structures produced from finest Nordic timber.
The company produces for private label, and for private label only. This principle gives dealers and retailers unique marketing opportunities and huge markup potential.
